Built around your progress

Everything you need.
Nothing you don’t.

A calm, structured dashboard for the metrics that matter — with private progress photos and lightweight reminders when you want them.

See the trend, not just the number.

Follow weight and BMI over time with a clear history designed to make long-term movement easier to understand.

Measurements that move with you.

Track body measurements alongside weight so your progress has more context than BMI alone.

Progress photos stay private.

Keep visual check-ins in protected local app storage, then compare your progress without uploading photos to an app server.

Apple Health, when you want it.

Optionally import body-mass samples and write new weight entries back to Apple Health. The app works without HealthKit too.

Gentle weigh-in reminders.

Schedule local notifications on your device. Reminder text does not include your weight or BMI values.

Privacy is a feature

Your body data belongs to you.

Weight, BMI, goals, notes, measurements, and progress photos are designed to remain on-device. No account system or product backend is required for your sensitive body-progress data.

Made for consistency

Small check-ins.
Clearer progress.

BMI gives you one private place to follow the story behind the numbers.

Apple Health

Health access is optional and limited to body mass. You can review or change the App’s Health permissions at any time in iOS settings or the Health app.

03

Progress data

Your sensitive progress data is designed to remain on your device by default. If something looks wrong, avoid deleting the App before contacting support if you want to preserve locally stored data.
